“There are so many Brokerages out there to choose from. Many reasons can drive you to a particular one based on circumstances and what fits you the best at that point in your career. I have had the pleasure to work with several of them and liked them all for one reason or another.
I have to say, coming to RE/MAX Aerospace has been my best move yet. Ironically, it came through an acquisition that I wasn’t even happy about. Working already for RE/MAX, I liked what RE/MAX brought to my business and I was in charge of all aspects of how I ran my business – I was happy.
I was really disappointed when they made the announcement that they were selling the brokerage to RE/MAX Aerospace. I had all intentions of going to another RE/MAX that reached out for me to go to their office. I didn’t know anything about Aerospace. I went to a couple meetings that they had to explain what Aerospace had to offer and was really surprised at it all. Still not convinced (because deep down I’m a skeptic until you prove it…) I thought they were doing all this just to get us over there THEN we would see the real deal. Now that I’m here they have proved to be even better than they promised. They offer to their agents so many FREE tools (I’m not used to free) and so much support along with making you feel like part of the family that I’ve never experienced before. They have the foresight to realize the more they support the agents the more the agents support them. Simple but effective!
I don’t know if you’ve moved around a lot but I have either by choice or buy out. It really didn’t even matter to me anymore whether I moved or not and luckily that attitude gave me the chance to try this office out. Now, I wouldn’t move no matter what you offered me. When a Brokerage exceeds your expectations business wise AND is also a great place with great people to work with, not sure how it could get better. I’m very grateful to be a part of the RE/MAX Aerospace family.”
